Baked Brie with Rosemary and Honey
8 - 12oz wheel of brie
2-3 tbsp honey
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
Crusty bread or crackers for serving
Preheat oven to 350c. Remove the brie from packaging and place in the centre of some baking paper and onto a baking tray. Felicity, one of the chef's on the day, cut the top of her brie into a star, I thought that was so cute I did the same.
Drizzle thoroughly with honey and top with a sprig or two of the rosemary. Place in oven and bake for 10 - 12 mins or until the honey is bubbling and the cheese is soft to touch. Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, top with additional honey if you wish and serve.
